Problem:

A medium sized dairy ingredient manufacturer wishes to make sure that its products and science support materials are well aligned with the needs and strategic interests of a specific market segment, and that it identifies and works towards the needs of its key customers in a large, dynamic, and rapidly evolving market.

Solution:

We partnered to travel to many of the key customers to provide scientific engagement and expertise, and learn more about their own innovation interests and needs, as well as what kinds of scientific support they required to support their innovations.   Combining the strengths and capabilities of the client with the needs of the market, we developed compelling and timely science support and educational materials for use in customer interactions.  Additionally, we identified key innovation areas where ingredients could be improved upon into 2nd and 3rd generation forms.
