A leading global science based consumer goods manufacturer had developed guidance for use in the healthcare provider community, but found that awareness, engagement, and uptake was slow.


We interviewed key stakeholders both within the organization, as well as some of the consumers of this information, to determine what they understood, what their day to day concerns were, and identify potential barriers to engagement and understanding of the guidance.  Working collaboratively with a web design firm, we developed digital, interactive, audience-centered educational material designed to “start where they are,” with a compelling mix of data visualizations, science storytelling, and mixed content approaches.
